• Where is the store based?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

• Can I have the print made out to someone else, and/or include a specific message?

  Yes absolutely! Let me know who you want the print signed to, whether it's you or someone(s) else. Additional messages (voice lines, etc.) will be included at my discretion. Thanks for understanding!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! Please write your FULL address, including your country, and translate anything that's not in English. This is to ensure your package gets to you–international shipping can be dicey. As I am running this whole operation independently, I will not be able to replace anything that is lost in the postal service due to mailing issues.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
